**Responsibilities**:
Background

A strong MBAA and its clubs are important to the success of the MBA program and its students. Careful transition planning and implementation is crucial to ensure the vitality and success of the MBAA and its clubs.

Primary Objectives
- To manage the daily affairs of the MBAA during the transition period.
- To ensure the efficient and effective transition between the outgoing and incoming MBAA Executive and clubs.
- To assist the new MBAA Executive, MBA students, and clubs with all MBAA related activities.
- Be sensitive to the needs of the AMBA students who start in July.

Academic clubs: Consulting, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Sales & Marketing, etc.

Other Clubs: social, sports, special interests, etc.

Other: LEADER project.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with outgoing MBAA Executive and club executives.
- Coordinate elections for new MBAA Executive, class reps, social reps, Senators.
- Develop the MBAA planning schedule.
- Oversee the MBAA budget.
- Organize the MBA Clubs day.
- Continue with ongoing MBAA initiatives, follow-up with succession documents, etc.
- Assist the MBA Program Director with special projects, as needed.

Position Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience in Ivey MBAA Executive positions and the role of clubs.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively articulate the purpose and initiatives of the MBAA and its clubs.

Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities and tasks concurrently.
- Strong relationship management, rapport building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, written and oral.
- Professional in presentation and demeanor.
