**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for all administrative assistant duties including coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, District Managers’ calendars, expenses, correspondence and comprehensive filing system
- Confidential support for the District Managers and RHRM’s
- Follow up on correspondence and outstanding issues as directed
- Liaise with Atlanta, Stores, Store Support Associates, Districts and all functional areas of the business
- Maintain files for tracking of mail/courier/stationary supplies, office equipment and repair contacts
- Receive and sort all incoming mail, courier packages and stationary supplies
- Receive and sort all incoming faxes on a regular basis throughout the day
- Distribute faxes, sort mail, parcels and stationery supplies to DMs as required
- Ensure outgoing mail/courier packages are ready for courier
- Create presentation for District Managers, along with special duties and projects as required
- Compiles, analyzes and prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual summaries of departmental key performance indicators
- Approve purchase requisitions, process, monitor and follow up to ensure timely payment of invoices on a variety of departmental invoices
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Overall Management of the office to ensure a clean, organized and professional working environment

**CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year) and performance management code requirements (M+)
- Minimum of five (5) years administration and office experience
- Advanced computer skills, proficiency in MS Office -High attention to detail -Bilingualism (English/French) required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Self-starter, efficient, organized and able to produce high quality work under pressure and in a timely fashion
- Team player
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Typing: Min. 60 w.p.m. Record
- Ability to develop professional relationships with internal and external customers
- Bilingual (English/French) an asset
