**The Role at Limen and What It Looks Like**

As an integral member of the restoration division; you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

- Thoroughly reviewing and studying all tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Conducting precise takeoffs and estimates for assigned projects.
- Create quotations, prequalification documents, and tender packages for submission.
- Coordinating the procurement of project surety requirements, Tender deposits, Letters of Reference, and CCDC Documents.
- Collaborating with subcontractors to obtain pricing proposals, while diligently assessing scope against tender documents.

**Qualifications, Education and Experience**

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in General Contracting / Construction Estimating.
- Proficiency in reading drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office products.
- An understanding of all construction disciplines
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- The capacity to multitask efficiently within a dynamic team environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management.
- A professional demeanour, eagerness to learn, and a strong career orientation.
- A college diploma or post-graduate certificate in a relevant industry program would also be advantageous.
