**Role Overview**

We’re building StretchLab Port Credit As the **Lead Sales Manager** at our newest studio, you will take full ownership of its membership sales and growth targets, crafting and executing key sales strategies while overseeing sales operations. You will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation campaigns, local grassroots marketing, and establishing B2B partnerships within the Port Credit community. As the studio grows, you will build and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring both individual and team achievements align seamlessly with studio goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

The **Lead Sales Manager** will dedicate approximately 80-90% of their time to client-facing marketing, sales, and onboarding initiatives, with the remaining 10-20% focused on operational management and team leadership.

**Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation**
- **Membership Sales and Revenue Growth**: Drive consistent growth to meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- **Sales Forecasting and Action Plans**: Forecast sales and develop actionable strategies to drive new revenue and meet business objectives.
- **Primary Sales Driver**: Lead all sales operations and efforts during the presale period and beyond, taking full ownership of driving sales before and after the Grand Opening.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Manage the client journey from lead generation and First Visit (FV) bookings to converting FVs into memberships. Balance lead generation, follow-ups, and prospect management to maintain a healthy and productive pipeline.

**Community Marketing and Lead Generation**
- **Local Partnerships Development**: Cultivate and strengthen strategic B2B partnerships to build strong connections and grow the studio’s presence in the local community. Proactively engage with 5-10 new B2B partnership prospects weekly through networking, referrals, and other outreach programs to secure new and impactful business relationships.
- **Community Outreach and Events**: Organize and lead community outreach programs, pop-up events, and grassroots marketing initiatives to generate organic leads and strengthen local engagement.

**Performance Metrics, Reporting and Communication**
- **KPI Development and Tracking**: Develop and monitor studio Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure that sales and growth objectives are consistently met.
- **Reporting**: Prepare sales reports using the studio's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (ClubReady), Microsoft Excel, and other data analysis and visualization tools for effective reporting and presentation.
- **Communication**: Regularly share sales performance results with the leadership team to ensure alignment and drive ongoing improvements.

**Sales Staff & Sales Operations Management**
- **Sales Process & Client Journey Ownership**: Take full responsibility for the sales process that guides clients from initial inquiry to membership enrollment. Deliver a seamless, client-focused, and consultative sales experience that includes needs assessment, first visits (FVs), program recommendations, and onboarding. Focus on building trust, understanding client needs, and ensuring clients feel fully supported throughout their journey.
- **Corporate Training Engagement**: Attend weekly corporate support calls and participate in sales and business strategy training sessions to stay aligned with company goals and best practices.
- **Sales Team Leadership**: As the studio grows, recruit, train, supervise, coach, and inspire sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales and growth targets. Lead by example, consistently generating the majority of leads and sales for the studio.
- **Sales Staff Management**: Oversee sales staff payroll, scheduling, time tracking, and performance to ensure operational efficiency.
- **Policy Enforcement**: Ensure all sales staff adhere to studio policies and procedures, taking appropriate disciplinary action when necessary to address infractions.
- **Continuous Operational Improvement**: Collaborate with sales staff and our stretch therapists (Flexologists) to conduct role-playing exercises, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the First Visit (FV) process. Conduct regular audits of the lead management and First Visit process to maintain consistency and excellence in client interactions. Routinely analyze sales KPIs and create actionable plans for continuous improvement in performance and team outcomes.

**Qualifications**
- **Revenue Achievement**: Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- **Sales Expertise**: A strong background in B2C sales, including sales leadership, membership-based sales, and/or business development.
- **Full Cycle Sales Management Knowledge**: Skilled in managing every step of the sales cycle, from inquiry to sale, with in-depth knowledge of lead contact management and nurturing strategies to guide prospects effectively through the sales funnel.
