Built in the family community of Westman Village, Mahogany, Chairman's Steakhouse is seeking a **Fine Dining Server **ready to take on the task of bringing it to life.

**ABOUT THE JOB**

Position: Fine Dining Server

**Job Duties**:

- Provide an outstanding dining experience for our patrons
- Must have an extremely professional rapport with clientele, be well-spoken and easy to communicate with
- Anticipate guest needs
- Work well and closely with all other team members
- Accurately record and enter all food and beverage items into POS system
- Ensure tables are cleared and reset before a patron is seated
- Must develop extensive knowledge of the menu to be able to comment on ingredients, suggest items and explain cooking techniques.
- Must develop extensive knowledge of wine and liquor as well as any other beverages and techniques utilized by the Chairmans
- Address patrons appropriately when discussing their comments and concerns. Effectively communicate with Supervisors if a customer issue arises. Ensure clear and concise communication with the patron to ensure the issue is being resolved.
- Follow all company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Must have Pro-serve certification and be at least 18 years of age.
- Outgoing personality
- Five years experience in fine dining atmosphere
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner with clientele
- Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant is required

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
