**The Director of Wellness will be responsible for**:
- Leading the clinical teams in excellent delivery of care services
- Ensuring the care plan of each resident is up to date and built to support maintaining of dignity and continued independence the best extend possible
- Lead for infection prevention and control practices
- Building upon the skillset and drive of each team member to support career growth
- Enthusiastic participation in sales, community and recreation activities
- Compliance with the Ontario College of Nursing, RHRA and other regulating authorities
- Following all Levante Living policies and procedures
- Manage care revenues, and labour and supplies expenses according to budget
- Prompt resolution of residents and family concerns
- Performing other duties as assigned
**Must haves**:
- Completion of Nursing program and currently registered with the CNO
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance
- Strong leadership capabilities and excellent written/oral communication skills

Pay: From $64,000.00 per year
