Maintenance Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Removal of snow and ice, spreading of salt at all entrances, walkways and accesses to the roof, as well as maintenance of up-to-date snow removal records.
- Supervision of the management of household waste and recycling bins.
- General maintenance of the underground garage and parking levels, technical rooms, foyers, patios and roofs (if necessary).
- Watering gardens and lawns.
- Picking up trash around the property and identifying any abnormalities in the appearance of curbs or possible serious hazards to residents.
- Maintenance and cleaning of chutes and garbage rooms (walls, floors), recycling rooms.
- Repair of small pieces of equipment (eg small light fixtures, vents, filters, plumbing fixtures)

Qualification’s
- Able to live on site
- Cleaning experience
- Maintenance skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- Ability to work on call evenings and every other weekend
- Bilingual, French and English
