Koru Distribution is the leading distributor of zero waste and eco friendly lifestyle products in Canada (MiiR, Baggu, bKind, TruEarth, bottlenone, Moss Creek etcetera).

Koru is searching for an energetic and creative problem solver to be our new **Customer Service Warehouse Coordinator. ** This is a unique opportunity to join a great team and a dynamic organization in a fast growing market.

**Daily Tasks Include**:

- Ensure superior customer satisfaction
- Support retailers with the ordering process
- Manage priority situations in a professional manner
- Achieve a 3-hour response time and a 24-hour resolution turnaround time with customers
- Assist the warehouse with the administration of shipping and pick packing

**Required**:

- Superior computer skills - familiarity with MAC, Google Apps, Shopify, CRM and Help Desk software, Microsoft Office
- Impeccable written and oral communication
- Customer Service and Interpersonal skills - people focused, positive, excellent communication, keeping interactions professional and friendly
- Problem Solving
- Decision Making
- *French Language skills considered an asset, but not required
- Education/ Qualifications:

- Completed post-secondary education
- Customer service experience 1-2 years (high volume call centre, sales, marketing

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
