**About The Position**:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the operations and administration for the various recycling programs in Quebec, including the RecycFluo Program. The Program Coordinator also supports Quebec’s Program Manager with other tasks as needed.

**Responsibilities**:
**Program Coordination**:

- Responsible for the complete program coordination and management of specific programs including managing communication with stakeholders and other concerned parties.
- Answer inquiries from public, collection sites, service partners and service providers.
- Ensure all service requests are completed and fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Provide training to collection sites/depots on best operational practices to meet program’s requirements.
- Coordinate information between processors/recyclers and transporters for pickup and delivery.
- Update mailing lists and content for communication materials required by consumers, and service providers etc.
- Liaise with other provincial programs for administration and necessary support.
- Coordinate with various departments to lead and deliver commitments and deliverables.

***Administration & Logistics**:

- Manage inventory and order collection containers and supplies.
- Assess transport partners to determine the most cost-effective provider per service.
- Place request for carrier pick-up and ensure appropriate documentation is sent to collection site.
- Data compilation and management for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Support in program development, including member outreach and recruitment and expanding collection networks.
- Data entry of user sites and information for pickup and delivery requests.
- Create and update service providers list.
- Plan, organize and manage program(s) with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Respond to inquiries by the public, service providers and collection partners.
- Organize, coordinate, verify and track deliveries of collection supplies and pickup of collected products for recycling.
- Ensure service requests are completed and fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Maintain information on Product Care locator tool.
- Other administrative tasks as required.

**What You Bring**:

- Post-secondary education in environmental studies, administration, business, operations, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative, operations or logistics role.
- French and English language abilities, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge and experience in quality and supply chain principles in an operational environment.
- Inter-personal, professional written and oral communication skills.
- Self‐starter, with a proactive approach to problem‐solving and critical thinking skills.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Takes initiative, strong work ethic, can execute, and gets things done.
