Fastik is a growing label and packaging printing manufacturing company with locations in Canada and the United States which services a diverse customer base. Our products include lidding film, lumber tags, flexible packaging, wicket bags, window labels, and adhesive labels.

We have an opening for an experienced **HR Generalist **based out of our Langley, BC head office. Reporting to the Director, Finance & Administration, you will assume responsibility for a broad range of HR activities not limited to; full cycle recruitment, developing and implementing HR related policies and programs, employee engagement, and ensuring legislative compliance. You will be personable, energetic, an excellent team player and **thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment**.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, hire, onboard, and offboard hourly and salary staff in Canada and the US
- Collaborate with department managers and supervisors on hiring needs, job descriptions, performance concerns, investigations, any other HR support required
- Develop, implement, maintain, and ensure compliance of HR related company policies and procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge to ensure organizational compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for providing HR advice to management and employees
- Report on HR related KPI’s and reports
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by the Director, Finance & Administration or senior management team

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources and hold a CPHR designation
- Must have 3+ years of recent related experience including full cycle recruitment within a manufacturing environment
- Proficient MS Office Skills (Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different personalities, conflict resolution skills, and cultural awareness

**Other Information**:

- This role is Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (on-site), with flexibility to adapt hours according to business needs

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
