Job Title: Financial Administrator

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Job Duties:
1. Direct, control and evaluate the finance business of company;
2. Develop the financial policies, systems and procedures for the new investment projects;
3. Conduct budget planning and controlling, analyze the budgeting information;
4. Utilizing the internal computerized finance system to create financial reports, including but not limited to the monthly financial statements, seasonal summary of benefit-cost ratio, and annual budget analysis;
5. Evaluate the procedures and processes of finance related operation;
6. Manage risk from a financial perspective, report regularly on the analysis of any critical trends that might compromise the benefits and image of the company;
7. Be responsible of the recruiting and training of new employees

Qualifications:
1. College diploma in accounting or finance

2. Ample professional experience in the field of finance management: at least 6 years of such experience is required

3. Strong Excel skills

4. Strong knowledge of financial reporting

5. Good financial system and business administration understanding

6. Excellent ability to solve problem with strong analytical skills

**Salary**: From $62,400.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lower Sackville, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: One location
