Our team of professionals is committed to delivering high-quality services and a personalized approach to each case.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and register visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere in the office.
- Answer and handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage schedules for meetings and conferences for lawyers and clients.
- Maintain and update the client database, handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area and common office spaces are tidy and orderly.
- Support administrative tasks, including preparing documents, scanning, and copying materials.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Resolve administrative issues and provide general support to the team.
**Requirements**:
- Higher or vocational education.
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in a law firm or professional environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage time.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
Professional appearance and ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
