**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication**: Act as the primary liaison between the client and the project team, ensuring their expectations and feedback are addressed promptly with owner approval.
- **Project Setup**: Arrive on-site prior to labourers, help set up work areas, understand the tasks at hand, and prepare for the day’s activities.
- **Team Coordination**: Clearly communicate project details and schedules to labourers, ensuring everyone is aligned and aware of their responsibilities.
- **Quality Control**: Oversee the execution of painting tasks, providing guidance and assistance to labourers as needed to maintain high-quality workmanship.
- **Safety Management**: Enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and address any issues that may arise during the project, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- **Project Completion**: Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the client’s satisfaction, conducting final walkthroughs to confirm quality and address any last-minute feedback.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform drywall repairs and caulking to ensure smooth surfaces before painting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of projects.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in residential and commercial painting and construction painting is required.
- Familiarity with rigging techniques for safe operation of equipment at heights.
- Strong knowledge of power tools and their proper usage in painting tasks.
- Experience with drywall installation and repair is an asset.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Additional pay:
