**The Role**
Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Systems & OKR Champion, the ERP Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring successful implementation and integration of the new ERP system across all business units working with internal and external teams.
**The Team**
In our dynamic, fast-paced technology team, each and every member plays a vital role in the planning, development, testing and launch of our projects. The work is diverse, challenging, and fulfilling, and includes product development of our core SaaS platform and tools, integrations with our broad range of partners, business process automation, platform scale and security investments, and close partnership with our Analytics and AI team on developing novel insights. **What You’ll Do**
- Define, monitor, report, and deliver on ERP Migration project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop work plans, manage deadlines, and coordinate multiple project work streams and sub-team activities to ensure successful on time delivery.
- Identify and manage project dependencies, resources, risks, and critical path.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on project direction, priority, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Manage all aspects of project budgets and change requests.
- Responsible for the development, execution, maintenance of the ERP Change Management Plan and the Communication Plan.
- Responsible for business readiness and adoption of new functionality.
- Responsible for all deliverables required for system cutover and Go Live - ensuring complete coverage, appropriate quality, on time delivery.
- Facilitate cross-departmental / business unit meetings regarding change.
- Coordinate the preparation and circulation of project communications to the organization.
- Responsible for the cutover execution - people leadership and coordination, scope and direction setting, and motivation management.
- Responsible for the gathering, alignment, planning, and communication of pre-cutover and cutover tasks.
- Manage cutover entry, triage, exit and go/no go criteria.
- Manage the cutover rosters, logistics, integration points, problem resolution, and tracking into the established cutover system.
- Develop and manage project governance including steering committee meetings, sponsor meetings, project team meetings, status reports, etc.
- Responsibilities described may change over time and additional responsibilities may be added or modified over the course of employment to meet the needs of the business.

**Who You Are**
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent.
- Experience with Implementation of ERP systems such as Dynamics F&O, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite.
- Experience leading, motivating and managing large projects and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance.
- Strong understanding and experience of the end-to-end ERP implementation project life cycle.
- Project management experience in a complex environment using Agile methodology.
- Diverse industry/business process experience, ideally including eCommerce, Supply chain, Finance.
- Ability to foster an environment of shared accountability.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
- Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, and all levels of management.
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is an asset.
- Experience and knowledge in CRM and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an asset.
- PMP, CSM certifications preferred.
