**Position Functions and Responsibilities (In English)**:
**This is a hybrid working environment with the flexibility to work remotely, as well as, go into the client office per the client’s needs in Montreal, Quebec.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for maintaining and operating Adaptiva Onesite in a Microsoft Endpoint Manager environment
- Responsible for deploying, maintaining and supporting Adaptiva Onesite agents to endpoint devices
- Responsible for pre-caching SW deployments using Config Manager and Adaptiva Onesite
- Builds and maintains computer collections for software targeting, using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Configuration Manager and Intune)
- Releases software distribution to targeted computers
- Tracks software distribution and delivers compliance reports
- Performs root cause analysis on failed components and implements corrective measures.
- Provides ongoing information to leadership, customers, and peers regarding enhancements, innovations and solutions.
- Responsible for following company specific systems engineering standards
- RCA for high severity issue, CRQ Deployments during weekends and holidays
- Monitors configuration management infrastructure for systemic problems, errors and alerts
- Reports on enterprise client agent health
- Troubleshoots client agent installation and communication failures
- Attends regular team, customer and advisory meetings
- Troubleshooting of Windows OS, Active Directory, LDAP, registry, WMI, Windows Installer
- Troubleshooting of Server and Networking principles pertaining to enterprise environment

**Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of software configuration and implementation experience
- Must have working experience and/or knowledge of Adaptiva Onesite or 1E Nomad Branch technologies
- In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices
- Ability to configure, monitor, troubleshoot software deployments using Configuration Manager and Intune
- Ability to identify, define, manage and control configuration experience
- Demonstrates a basic understanding of current scripting technologies
- Windows imaging and configuration testing experience
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of windows server administration to include AD, domains, policies etc.
- Microsoft certifications are highly preferred

**Position Functions and Responsibilities (In French)**:
** Vous travaillerez dans un environnement de travail hybride qui vous permet de travailler à distance et de vous rendre au bureau du client selon ses besoins, à Montréal, au Québec.

**Responsabilités**:

- Assurer la maintenance et le fonctionnement d’Adaptiva OneSite dans l’environnement du Gestionnaire des points de terminaison Microsoft.
- Assurer l’installation, la maintenance et la prise en charge des agents Adaptiva OneSite pour les points de terminaison (ou appareils).
- Gérer la pré-mise en cache des déploiements de logiciels à l’aide du Gestionnaire de configuration et Adaptiva OneSite.
- Créer et tenir à jour des regroupements d’ordinateurs pour cibler des logiciels à l’aide du Gestionnaire des points de terminaison Microsoft (Gestionnaire de configuration et Intune).
- Assurer la distribution de logiciels aux ordinateurs ciblés.
- Assurer le suivi de la distribution des logiciels et produire des rapports de conformité.
- Effectuer des analyses des causes fondamentales pour les composantes défectueuses et mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives.
- Fournir des renseignements continus à la direction, aux clients et aux pairs concernant les améliorations, les innovations et les solutions.
- Respecter les normes d’ingénierie des systèmes propres à l’entreprise.
- Effectuer des analyses des causes fondamentales pour les problèmes de gravité élevée, et assurer les déploiements liés à la file d’attente des demandes de changements pendant les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.
- Surveiller l’infrastructure de gestion de configuration pour repérer les problèmes, les erreurs et les alertes systémiques.
- Produire des rapports sur l’état des agents clients de l’entreprise.
- Régler les problèmes d’installation et de communication des agents clients.
- Assister régulièrement aux réunions d’équipe, des clients et de consultation.
- Régler les problèmes : système d’exploitation Windows, Active Directory, protocole LDAP, registre, WIM et Windows Installer.
- Régler les problèmes relatifs aux principes de serveurs et de réseaux qui ont trait à l’environnement de l’entreprise.
