**Overview**:
Moroccanoil, a leading company in the cosmetics industry, is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic team of legal professionals in Montreal. Under the supervision of the Senior Legal Counsel, the Junior Legal Counsel will be responsible for the review, negotiation and management of contracts as well as provide timely and accurate counsel on a variety of legal topics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review, draft, manage and negotiate a wide range of contracts (e.g., Service Agreements, Manufacturing Agreements etc.).
- Coordinate design of contract verbiage with other internal departments including Legal, Finance, Customer Service and Marketing.
- Provide contract interpretation and counsel to internal departments in a variety of legal topics.
- Support the Senior Legal Counsel in all other legal tasks.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bilingualism (English and French).
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- 1-3 years related legal experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation (preferably from an in-house environment).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

- Extensive understanding of contracts.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow through tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a timely manner.
- Strong work ethic, ability to multi-task and handle a wide array of files.

**Aperçu**:
Moroccanoil, qui œuvre dans l'industrie cosmétique, est à la recherche d'un conseiller juridique junior pour se joindre à son équipe dynamique de professionnels juridiques à Montréal. Sous la supervision du conseiller juridique senior, vous serez responsable de la révision, négociation et gestion des contrats. Vous serez aussi consulté par l’ensemble des divisions de l’entreprise à divers niveaux.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Révision, rédaction, gestion et négociation d’une grande variété de contrats commerciaux (par exemple, des contrats de service, contrats de fabrication de produits, etc.).
- Coordonner avec les autres divisions internes, notamment finance, le service à la clientèle et marketing, dans la rédaction des contrats.
- Fournir des conseils juridiques à l’ensemble des divisions de l’entreprise touchant une variété de sujets.
- Soutenir le conseiller juridique senior dans toutes autres tâches juridiques.

**Compétences**
- Bilinguisme (anglais et français).
- Baccalauréat en droit.
- 1-3 ans d'expérience juridique connexe dans la rédaction et la négociation de contrats commerciaux (de préférence au sein d’un département juridique).
- Maîtrise des produits Microsoft Office.

**Aptitudes**
- Compréhension approfondie des contrats.
- Soucieux du détail.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
- Aptitude à travailler avec un minimum de supervision.
- Capacité à gérer un large éventail de dossiers.
- Bon jugement et bon sens des affaires.

Pay: $1.00-$2.00 per year
