**Why This Role Is Important To Effortless Admin**

Calling all customer service champions As a Group Benefits Specialist, you'll swoop in to save the day by providing top-notch support to our clients. Working alongside our dynamic team, you'll be the beacon of positivity and expertise, ensuring our clients have the best experience possible. Our team works full-time in-person at our Edmonton headquarters.

**(Some of) What You’ll be Doing**
- Be the go-to hero for plan sponsors, guiding them through benefit plans with ease.
- Equip plan members with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate our super-powered software
- Join forces with our development team to enhance our software through epic user acceptance testing and product refinement adventures
- Level up your skills as an employee benefits data wizard
- Master the art of juggling various benefits carriers, plans, and contracts like a true superhero

**What You’ll Bring**
- A heart full of passion for delivering white-glove customer service
- Super strength in Canadian benefits administration knowledge and previous experience as a benefits administration superhero (mask and cape optional)
- A collaborative mentality ready to team up and conquer challenges together
- Lightning-fast learning abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for creative problem-solving
- The agility to adapt to new technologies at the speed of light
- Strong communication skills with bonus points for fluency in French
