**Who Are We?**
Parkdale Golden Age Foundation (PGAF) is a not-for-profit community organization in West Toronto which works to improve the quality of life for seniors and adults with disabilities, through the delivery of client-centered supportive services, to enable them to live at home and integrated within the community.
**Job Summary**:
Coordinate and support implementation of a new fundraising plan to generate new revenues for our organization and expand its capacity to offer more programs to serve older adults in West Toronto.
**Responsibilities**:
Identify and research funding opportunities available through foundations, businesses, service clubs, faith communities and other entities
Researchfeasible new fundraising events to be developed by PGAF and prepare analysis report
Explore opportunities for joint fundraising events with other local community organizations and prepare fact-finding report
Review third party events and passive digital fundraising opportunities
Assist with planning and development of new Planned Giving Program for Parkdale Golden Age Foundation
Develop new donor database including stewardship information and donor interests
Create new fundraising communications and presentation materials
Draft volunteer recruitment materials designed to recruit new volunteers for the PGAF Fundraising Committee
Assist with 50th Anniversary event with incorporation of fundraising element
**Qualifications and Experience**:
Degree or diploma in Fundraising, Event Management, Not-for-Profit Management, Marketing, or equivalent field
Minimum of 2+ years fundraising experience in a non-profit environment, including working on events and relevant experience in non-profit online fundraising and/or marketing
Knowledgeof digital marketing strategies to enhance fundraising efforts
Excellent research and analysis skills
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communications skills
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint) Google Suite, and statistical software
Experience working with all social media platforms, Word Press, Constant Contact, an asset
Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
Working with volunteers and committees is an asset
Must be able to adapt to changing deadlines and readily able to prioritize competing issues and manage different activities/projects at the same time.
Proactivity/self-starter. Ability to work autonomously while being aware of the importance of accountability.
Valid Driver's License with clear driving record is an asset
**Requirements**:
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, (minimum of two vaccinations) as in contact with vulnerable older adults
Adhere to all of Parkdale Golden Age Foundation's health, safety and risk policies
References required

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
