**The Opportunity**

As **Manager, Executive Operations, **your primary function is to support and strategic advisor to the CEO and EMC, functioning as extra eyes and ears to ensure the organization’s goals and initiatives are being met.

**Key accountabilities include, but aren't limited to**:
(a) the strategic management of executive activities, short and long term; and

(b) maintaining the overall day-to-day operations of the CEO and the Executive Office, including schedule management and stewardship of all of the CEO’s time, streamlining information flow, and communicating with various departments.

You have:

- Proven record of thinking strategically and executing strategy; of foresight; and an advanced capacity to make decisions and take charge.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or similar field, or equivalent experience with a focus on operations management. Legal background not required.
- 8+ years’ experience in an operations management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage people and projects with diplomacy, humility, maturity, and situational sensitivity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment and juggle multiple ongoing projects, responsibilities and relationships.
- An equivalent combination of training, education and experience may be considered. You strive to exceed expectations and are a team player.
