En tant qu’ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIF, vous devrez porter plusieurs casquettes. Vous travaillerez directement avec le propriétaire et assumerez une variété de projets/tâches qui vont de l'intégration de nouveaux clients, à la coordination avec des pigistes pour la production de contenu marketing, à la préparation de propositions au soutien d'initiatives de sensibilisation et bien plus encore.

- L'échelle salariale de base annuelle pour ce rôle se situe entre 35 000,00 $ et 45 000,00 $ CAD. (temps plein)

**Tâches typiques**:

- Gestion des agendas et prise de rendez-vous
- Coordonner avec le propriétaire et les pigistes pour envoyer des newsletters trimestrielles
- Coordonner avec les pigistes pour créer du contenu et planifier des publications sur les réseaux sociaux
- Répondre au téléphone du bureau
- Facturation et saisie des dépenses dans Quickbooks Online
- Créer des propositions
- Archivage des communications par courrier électronique et des documents de projet
- Rechercher et organiser des données
- Maintenir et gérer un CRM ou des contacts
- Création de présentations et de documents

**Compétences requises**:

- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (bilinguisme requis pour ce poste)
- Excellentes compétences de communication écrite et verbale
- Expérience avec Excel, Outlook et Microsoft Word
- Expérience avec Quickbooks Online (un atout)
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles

**What we’re looking for**

SB Architecture Inc. is looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our team to help support our growth objectives over the upcoming years. We are open to part time work.

As an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT you’ll have to wear many hats. You'll work directly with the owner and take on a variety of projects/tasks that will range from onboarding new clients, coordinating with freelancers for the production of marketing content, preparing proposals to supporting outreach initiatives and more.

- The annual base pay range for this role is between $35,000.00 and $45,000.00 CAD. (full time)

**Typical Duties**:

- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating with owner and freelancers to send quarterly newsletters
- Coordinating with freelancers to create content and scheduling posts on social media
- Answer the office phone
- Invoicing and entering expenses into Quickbooks Online
- Creating proposals
- Researching and organizing data
- Maintaining and managing a CRM or contacts
- Creating presentations and documents

**Required Skills**:

- Fluent in both French and English (bilingualism required for this position)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Word
- Experience with Quickbooks Online (an asset)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
