**Investment Product Manager**

Full-time based position (can have partial time working from home)

**Responsibilities**:

- Determines and implements process improvements to effectively mitigate risk and increase client satisfaction.
- Functions as key liaison between the involved partner areas, outside consultants or vendors, and internal investment advisors to ensure that all expectations are clearly defined roles/responsibilities are established, and timelines are met.
- Performing initial and consistent Due Diligence on the wide range of investment products including private real estate funds, private equity/debt, hedge funds and mutual funds.
- Oversees all in-kind transition activities to ensure that proper risk controls are in place.
- Prepare effective and professional investment presentation materials and provide training to internal Advisors.
- Work closely with advisors to support the product introduction and presentation to clients.
- Manage stakeholder communications to ensure business needs are met.
- Help prepare executive product updates inclusive of current production metrics, new feature delivery planning and financial forecasting.
- Understand and manage the changing regulatory environment and how this may impact our solution set

**Requirements**:

- Full-time based position
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting or Real Estate
- At least 3 years related experience in the related industry.
- Understand the inherent risks of funds including those related to its investment strategies and securities industry.
- Maintain knowledge of industry / market trends in product due diligence, launches, promoting or strategy that may impact the competitiveness of the existing solution set available to Advisors for existing and new client portfolios.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem solving technical challenges and helping bridge any gaps in knowledge.

Compensation:
Competitive Base Salary, Commission, Bonus and Benefits

Work Location: Vancouver or Toronto.

**Salary**: $63,200.49-$185,612.70 per year
