Client Experience Specialist

As the _Part-Time Client Experience Specialist_ at wellbe family wellness, you strive to create the best possible experience for wellbe clients and families by fostering a positive, warm and welcoming environment. You are a brilliant multi-tasker and a people person.
What you’ll do
**[Guest Experience + Hospitality]**
- Deliver the best experience throughout the client's journey from booking an appointment to receiving payment and answering any questions along the way
- Create a welcoming, warm and supportive environment for all clients
- Interact positively with clients before, during and after treatment sessions
- Support new clients through intake form completion and welcome tour
- Complete the new client visit by organizing further appointments and initiate follow up
- Build rapport with patients through strong communication skills
- Use online booking system to document patient visits, follow ups and touch points
**[Practitioner Support]**
- Manage busy schedule, organizing appointments for wellbe practitioners
- Work with practitioners to create lead opportunities and growth within the clinic
**[Operations + Administration]**
- Uphold wellbe brand standards by adhering to opening, midday and closing procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and overall upkeep of clinic fixtures and equipment, including laundering of massage linens
- Replenish supplies and track inventory
- Follow up with new and existing patients
**[Growth + Development]**
- Participate in professional development workshops and trainings
- Participate in 1-1 mentorship with clinic leadership
- Participate in business and community development initiatives to drive new assessments and revenue growth
**Who you are**
- 3+ years of experience working in customer service setting
- A resourceful, adaptable, hardworking individual that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and who is a people person
- A self-starter who takes initiative and looks for opportunities to enhance the wellbe client guest experience
- Able to communicate and strategize effectively and possess strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize many tasks seamlessly
- Experience in an administrative role (experience in health care industry is an asset)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
