Pride Fleet Solutions is seeking to hire a FULL-TIME, On-Site **Truck Repair Shop Coordinator** for the location Milton.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of truck mechanics, providing guidance, support, and direction.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and a commitment to excellence.
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow in the truck mechanic shop.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet repair and maintenance deadlines.
- Oversee the quality of work performed by the mechanics to ensure repairs meet industry standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on completed jobs.
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching to mechanics to enhance their technical skills.
- Stay informed about advancements in truck technology and share knowledge with the team.
- Enforce and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in the truck mechanic shop.
- Conduct safety meetings and promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Manage and schedule routine maintenance for shop equipment and tools.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and address any malfunctions promptly.
- Supervise the inventory of spare parts and materials needed for repairs.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Communicate with customers to understand their truck maintenance and repair needs.
- Provide updates on the status of ongoing repairs and address any customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage.
- Generate reports on shop performance and present findings to higher management.
- Handle escalated issues and conflicts within the team or with customers.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to address and resolve complex problems.
