This position operates in a sales & service environment, this position** **provides a mix of solution advice and administrative services. It provides support to the Wealth team with support servicing and enhancing member experience.

**What will you do?**
- Support the development and the achievement of sales targets set out for the department and organization through professional and proactive promotion of our investment products and services
- Provide consistent and accurate administrative support to the Wealth Advisor team
- Prepare and customize client/prospect reports, presentation materials, and meeting agendas
- Maintain digital files/client records
- Solicit new members to join credit union; foster business and client development through service excellence and product knowledge
- Manage member referrals, pipelines and prospects
- Complete assigned training and development programs for career development purposes

**Some things that would impress us**:

- Minimum 1 year of formal post-secondary education or equivalent to include Canadian Securities; plus 1 to 3 years of job-related experience in a full brokerage environment and/or financial services industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Strong communication skills with the ability to relate well to members and co-workers
- A passion for learning and growth
