Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support in preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
- Post and Manage our LinkedIn and social media accounts.
- Create social media post graphics.
- WEBSITE - Maintain and update the website as directed using Wordpress.
- COMMUNICATIONS - Support the team in the deployment of updates, publications, educational webinars and conferences. Assist with setting up board meetings and other duties as assigned. Send out marketing eblasts using the CRM.
- MEMBERSHIP SERVICES - Primary contact for members, assist with annual membership drive, maintaining data.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute is desired
- Have prior experience using Association Management software or CRMs.
- Have experience with Canva, Social Media Management, WordPress.
