**Purpose of the Job**:
Coordinate and manage teams & activities performed by PI Support on production sites (PI Logistic, FM Coordinator, Quality of finished vehicles for transfer to PI Field Sites).

**Key acco**_untabilities:_**
- _Supervise PI Logistic/Materials in Alstom manufacturing sites with regards to consignment stock availability, delivery and repair loop (including over warranty lifetime_), supplier performance and Capital Spares deliveries
- Coordinate & supervise stock and logistics costs
- Contribute to claims and negotiations with external supplier (regarding PI activities)
- Support field modification preparation with material, tools, documentation
- Ensure quality compliance of vehicles shipped from manufacturing sites to the PI Field activities
- Ensure compliance to standard processes (ISO, EHS) for PI Support teams
- Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct
- Support PI Supplier Performance Managers in back-charging process with ensuring relevant PI documentation

**Experience required**:

- Several years of technical experience, mechanical or electrical / electronics
- Field Experience
- Project Execution (technical/industrial/Procurement/Supply Chain)
- Installation and Test & Commissioning team
- Team management
- General Railway and Product knowledge
- Railway safety
- EHS knowledge and exposure
