Le ou la responsable du soutien aux sites de production joue un rôle essentiel au sein de l’équipe de direction de l’Expérience des services dans la concrétisation de notre vision. Il ou assume directement la responsabilité opérationnelle du soutien de niveau 2 offert aux sites miniers et aux sites de production dans les régions Amériques, Europe et Afrique. Ces services doivent être livrés de façon sécuritaire et être principalement axés sur la sécurité, la santé et le bien-être de l’équipe.

Les services de soutien aux sites de production dans ces régions combinent les services standardisés des S&TI de l'entreprise avec une série de services propres à chaque groupe de produits, région et site. Le ou la titulaire de ce poste établira aussi de solides relations de travail avec le ou la gestionnaire, Soutien aux sites de l’entreprise, les autres responsables régionaux du soutien aux sites de production et le ou la gestionnaire du centre de service mondial afin d’offrir une expérience uniforme aux utilisateurs finaux des services de soutien.

Sous la direction du ou de la gestionnaire, Expérience des services, vous travaillerez dans un environnement stimulant et intéressant au sein de l’équipe Systèmes et technologies de l’information, où vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes:

- Assurer la sécurité, le bien-être et la santé de l’équipe, qui est notre priorité absolue, ce qui inclut définir, élaborer, adopter et communiquer les pratiques et les procédures de sécurité requises pour offrir un soutien efficace aux sites de production en fonction des normes de Rio Tinto, des normes du site, de la réglementation et des conditions locales.
- Fournir du soutien aux services de plateformes technologiques tout en réduisant au minimum l’impact sur la production et la perte de revenus.
- Définir la stratégie opérationnelle de son domaine de responsabilité en fonction des exigences de l’entreprise.
- Établir un plan de dotation en ressources pour s’assurer que les services de soutien aux sites sont fournis aux entreprises visées de manière efficace.
- Établir, surveiller et mesurer les informations clés et en faire rapport à la direction, afin de soutenir les cibles de base et d’amélioration des services de soutien aux sites de production des Amériques.
- Assumer la responsabilité du budget alloué à la prestation des services de soutien dans votre région.
- Maintenir la communication d’un plan d’amélioration continue et exploiter les idées des services de soutien aux sites d’autres régions pour favoriser l’amélioration de l’expérience des services à l’échelle mondiale.
- Communiquer avec les gestionnaires des régions Amériques, Europe et Afrique pour veiller à ce que le soutien demeure aligné sur les exigences de l’entreprise.

- Engagement envers votre sécurité et celle de votre équipe
- Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en technologie, en informatique, en analyse des données, en administration des affaires, en ingénierie ou dans une autre discipline pertinente
- Certification ITIL 4/V3
- Certification ITIL de niveau intermédiaire ou expert
- Certification ITIL de gestionnaire de l’exploitation des services, ou l’équivalent
- Expérience pertinente en gestion de centres de services TI au sein d’un environnement d’entreprise complexe qui comprend des engagements auprès de fournisseurs de services externalisés/délocalisés
- Maitriser le français et l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit. Rio Tinto est une entreprise mondiale et les fonctions de ce poste exigent une collaboration quotidiennement avec des collègues, des équipes ou des partenaires basés à l’extérieur du Québec.

**Connaissances dans les domaines suivants**:

- Pratiques de sécurité au travail incluant le bien-être physique et mental dans le secteur minier ou dans un secteur similaire, un atout
- Compréhension du cadre ITIL 4, ainsi que des pratiques, processus et outils de gestion des services de TI
- Gestion des incidents dans ServiceNow, gestion des incidents majeurs et fonctionnalité du module de gestion des incidents, y compris les plans de communication et les meilleures pratiques de l’industrie en matière de technologies de messagerie, les processus de gestion des services et les points de connexion interprocessus
