- Ensure the smooth functioning of the staffing process by participating in the administrative activities for talent recruitment and onboarding.
- Attract and retain new talent through creative recruitment techniques and practices.
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system.
- Recording information as needed.
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
