The Customer Universe & Promo Analytics team designs, develops, and automates customer centric data models and reporting capabilities. These enable and power customer-focused analytical solutions that add business value. The team utilizes the latest data technologies and advanced analytical techniques to build data products and services that are embed within the fabric of the business. The Marketing Business Processes and Reporting team supports business delivery with regular decision support and reporting capabilities, ad hoc evaluations, and analysis.

**What You'll Do**:

- Design, build, support, and continuously improve reporting solutions
- Migrate existing Access/Excel based reports to Looker Studio, which is our new standard reporting platform
- Prepare and ensure the integrity of regular Promotional Planning reports
- Support the Promotional Planning team by providing ad-hoc data-pulls and analysis
- Update Report processes and databases as necessary
- Resolve data issues and report inconsistencies
- Provide ad hoc analyses as needed

**What You'll Bring**:

- University Degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2 + years database (Netezza, Hive, Big Query) experience
- Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Tableau and Power BI development experience
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills
- KNIME experience an asset
- Ability to translate technical processes into business language
- Attention to detail and results-driven
