**Your role**:

- You are responsible managing all incoming charter requests
- Manage and pull reports
- Bid on new charters
- Assist with special projects
- Support the schools division day to day operations

**Requirements**:
**Your profile**:

- You have superior customer service skills
- You can obtain a clean criminal record search
- You have exceptional time and stress management skills
- You possess solid communication skills
- You are proficient computer skills and intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Understanding of transportation company an asset
- You have geographic knowledge of surrounding area (London, Middlesex, Oxford, Elgin Counties)
- You are available to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm
