**Who we’re looking for**:
**Financial Quality & Support Specialist**

**Program**: Employment Ontario

**Status**:Permanent Full-Time

**Location**:Remote - Ontario

As a Financial Quality & Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the quality improvement and risk management framework, audit file documentation and the funding/financial supports to safeguard the assets of the Employment Ontario program and participate in reviewing and reporting on data integrity.

They will work closely with the Team Lead, Claims Management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous quality improvement to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of service for our clients.

**What you’ll do**:

- Participate in the audit process and contribute to the development of the audit schedule
- Develops and maintains systems to verify the accuracy and integrity of financial information between internal and external systems
- Summarize audit results and recommend operational changes or areas for improvement.
- Support claims approvals, systems integration reconciliations, and financial evidence verifications
- Conduct audits to verify and ensure data integrity.
- Support claim integration troubleshooting
- Work to continually improve organizational systems and processes to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
- Participate in corrective action discussions and reinforce contract compliance requirements
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the Service Provider Network.
- Support the correction of financial records to ensure aligns with contractual requirements

**What you bring**:

- Bilingual (English and French) preferred
- A post-secondary degree in business or related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role working in a service-oriented organization
- Experience with or working in the Employment Services sector is preferred
- Strong digital literacy skills including Microsoft Office Suite with Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and proven ability to review and analyze large data sets
- Experience with PowerBI Preferred
- Excellent financial and mathematical skills
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Solid understanding of confidentiality and other professional codes of conduct; must submit for a criminal record check
