The HRIS Manager will be instrumental in the development and implementation of HRIS strategies, process mapping, project timeline creation, and budget management for HRIS roll out. This role will also involve troubleshooting user issues and providing expert advice on legal and compliance matters related to HRIS.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop HRIS strategies that align with the organization's policies and objectives
  • Prioritize and implement improvements to existing processes
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of HRIS
  • Conduct process mapping for HRIS roll out
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify HRIS related strategies
  • Create high-level project timelines and manage budgets for HRIS roll out
  • Provide expert advice on legal and compliance matters related to HRIS
  • Troubleshoot user issues and strategize solutions to address them
  • Keep senior leadership informed of potential issues and challenges, and provide expertise for risk mitigation


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of ADP Workday experience required
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Should possess a strong understanding of Core HR
  • Familiarity with HR and payroll processes.
  • Project management or HR/IT certifications (preferred).
  • Experience with system testing, user acceptance testing, and data integrity audits
  • Strong communication skills
