Your Mission
Improve productivity and simplify manufacturing procedures for highly technological products. You will collaborate with the research and development and production departments to design an easily assembled product and easy-to-follow procedures. Imagine yourself ensuring smooth production to implement finished products while utilizing your technical and analytical skills. Are you ready to explore new horizons and push your limits?

**What You Will Experience Daily**:

- Use mechanical design software to optimize part plans.
- Assist in the design of production tools.
- Document the manufacturing of assembled products, including assembly procedures, test procedures, nomenclature, and plans.
- Update production documentation during changes.
- Provide technical support to production staff and subcontractors.
- Manage customer orders, administrate costs, and ensure delivery in accordance with the quality system processes and procedures.
- Execute test plans, analyze obtained data, and write appropriate internal and external procedures.
- Ensure required documentation is available for production staff responsible for tests and provide adequate training if needed.
- Collaborate with the R&D team for the development and launch of new products.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

**The Profile We Are Looking For**:

- You have a diploma in physical, electronic, mechanical technology, or other related disciplines.
- You have 3 to 5 years of technical production experience.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- You have skills and experience in writing clear and concise procedures.
- You have knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) by eddy currents (an asset).
- You have excellent priority management skills.
- You are meticulous, autonomous, and versatile.
- You communicate well in French and English.
