We are currently looking for a positive, energetic, and motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our existing team. The responsibilities of this role will include assessing the customer needs, providing accurate information regarding product specifications, processing customer sales orders and monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring all information is recorded accurately to exceed the customers’ expectation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- At all times, the Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for ensuring the Health & Safety of themselves and customers in an environmentally friendly manner
- Responsible for processing customer orders as required, entering with detailed specifications into the system
- Assist sales team with generation and review of customer quotes and orders
- Work with Management team to prepare requested sales reports
- Build on key client relationships through a team approach
- Working alongside sales staff on customer communications regarding delivery dates, price objections, delivery updates and general inquiries
- Identifying new sales opportunities for the Company
- Maintain open communication with Managers, Suppliers, Procurement, and Manufacturing departments.
- Monitor manufacturing schedule to help identify potential delayed deliveries to customers
- Build and maintain strong and solid relationships with clients - provide best in class customer service
- Appropriately communicate brand identity as a brand ambassador
- Help identify opportunities to increase workflow productivity - develop best practices and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Profile and Required Skills**:

- A minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of experience within a Manufacturing environment
- Ability to read & understand part drawings
- Knowledge of industry practices is an asset.
- Proficient within Microsoft environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor a must

- Strong work ethic: strong organizational skills - demonstrated time management, ability to prioritize, multitask and maintain flexibility
