**Key Administrative & Accounting Responsibilities**
- Daily Bank reconciliations
- Daily Recon between ERP and Accounting software
- Accounts Receivable invoicing & statement issuance
- Posting customer payments and finance charges
- Customer follow up on overdue accounts
- Creation of process documentation & training material
- Providing support to the Controller as needed
- On-boarding & off-boarding of all staff
- Health plan & Union Membership administration
- Maintaining employee personnel files
- Administration related to vehicle fleet, including filing quarterly information regarding mileage travelled, updating license stickers/ decals etc.
- Arranging for shipment of all parcels and getting quotes on LTL deliveries & pick ups
- Ordering of office supplies & overhead materials
