**Position Summary**:
This is a one year contract role.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**
- Manages technical development for a curriculum integration project. Consults and advises with respect to technical development/solutions, layout and design for CI projects.
- Defines and communicates clear project timelines and production processes for project work/team (SMEs, administrative and technical staff). Manages all production work and reviews project documents (content, course maps, and learning plans), creates storyboards and proposes technical solution

**Technology Integration Into a Learning Process**
- Regularly consults with and advises Manager, Instructional Designers, Multimedia Specialists, SMEs, academic areas, and other project staff regarding the integration of pedagogical and content design theories for creating a robust online course in conjunction with a course curriculum map, learning plans, and storyboards.

**Other**
- Participates in budget submission and mid-year review (including all related support materials), and monitors program(s) cost centre on a monthly basis.
- Advises Manager with respect to project resource allocation, technology requirements, and current industry trends, new development proposals for internal and external clients.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- Minimum of a completed three (3) year diploma/degree in a related field (business, learning and technology, distance learning).

**Experience**
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in instructional design and project management.
- Advanced technical skills in modern web design and front-end development using Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript in multiple mediums such as course design and development, and website development is an asset.
- Articulate Storyline 3, UX design, Modern Web Design, Adobe Suite, Project Management, AODA, and Copyright is an asset.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing multiple and time-sensitive projects. Ability to effectively establish priorities, distribute responsibilities, and meet milestones and deliverables using proven and effective project management tools and practices.

**Skills**
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to build effective and collaborative working relationships with colleagues and project teams.
- Professional presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to create and deliver presentations to different audiences.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, conflict resolution and judgment skills
