**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

Tennis Canada is looking for a **Life Cycle Marketing Manager **to join its Digital Transformation team.

The Tennis Canada Digital Team acts as the digital excellence center. The role of the digital team within the Tennis Canada ecosystem is expanding due to the growing importance of data in our decision making process along with an important shift in the number of online clients. With a focus on design, we want to make sure that the evolution of our platform and software sparks a real business transformation.

This is where you come in.

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, your role is to reach different fan audiences within our database (CRM) and inform about products and help convert them towards revenue growth initiatives. In this key role you will have the opportunity to impact every customer-fan group and increase the value they provide Tennis Canada every day by owning the client's life cycle, life-time value and positively driving our customers' journeys to build loyalty and retention.

**Objectives of this Role**

More concretely:

- Create and manage audience segments across product usage.
- The ability to measure and report on results that drive key company metrics.
- Drive continued optimization of the lifecycle marketing channels through A/B testing - each campaign is a chance to learn something new.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a bonus, however deep knowledge of at least one other platform would be ideal as well.
- Understands and works closely with the Content, Marketing teams and Tech leads to create a fluid complete funnel content nurturing strategy.

A successful Life Cycle Manager will:

- Brings at least 2 years of growth marketing or lifecycle marketing experience, whether that be B2B or B2C.
- Comfortable taking control of your area of responsibility and aren’t afraid to speak up when need be.
- You’re an analytical person who is very comfortable in Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau etc.
- Passionate about helping customers - and also about driving insights through constant testing.
- A team-based and collaborative person - you know that winning is a shared activity
