**What you’ll do**:
This role is responsible for supporting the delivery and implementation of talent management programs across the functions of talent management.
- Administer and support talent management programs, processes, and tactical projects across the functions of talent management to improve the employee experience across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS).
- Engage in project coordination, development of communications and presentations, hosting sessions, analysis and reporting.
- Respond to Talent Management inquiries from local Co-op and FCL leaders, consulting with HR Specialists as required.
- Provide career and development planning guidance by preparing and supporting the facilitation of talent reviews for business units at FCL and at local Co-ops alongside the HR Specialist, Talent Management.
- You will support in the administration and execution of surveys (i.e. employee engagement).

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Human Resources & Training and:

- You have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience within Human Resources.
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree with a preference for Human Resources (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Familiarity with talent management considered an asset.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
