**Responsibilities**:

- Quality control. As-builts, check sheets, and completion of turnover binders;
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives;
- Responsible for the overall management of the Quality Management System;
- Maintain existing certifications; work towards certifications in new jurisdictions;
- Establish and supervise a team of quality personnel as project’s dictate;
- Regular review of the Quality Management System;
- Implement and manage a continuous improvement process;
- Develop new procedures and documentation as required;
- Measure performance standards and KPI’s for the Quality Management System;
- Plan and coordinate regular quality audits;
- Plan and coordinate investigations of quality related incidents;
- Regular reporting of the Quality Management System’s KPI’s, leading, and lagging indicators;
- Responsible for quality management at the project level;
- Actively engage with clients, project owners, and subcontractor;
- Develop and manage Project Quality Plans and ITP’s;
- Provide support with estimating and proposal development in relation to quality elements;
- Ensure project communications are in line with company and client expectations and key performance.

**Requirements**:

- Being a key contributor to the development of Threeosix’s safe work culture by taking part and leading such discussions;
- Knowledge of construction best practices and methodology;
- Working knowledge of industry standards and CSA specifications;
- The ability to communicate effectively with Clients, Engineers, Project Managers, and Safety Professionals;
- Experience in the industrial construction and/or mining industry an asset;
- CWB Welding Inspector Level 2 considered an asset, but not required;
- Bachelor of Engineering or Technology Diploma preferred;
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently;
- Travel will be requires as project needs dictate.
