**About You**:

**The Opportunity**:
- Manage the Kt content calendar and a team of full-time and part-time contributors, ensuring alignment and consistency across channels that ladders up to larger brand strategy and goals
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance for our social channels and team, ensuring we continue to raise the bar and expand our audience through innovative, teen-relevant content
- Lead the ideation and strategic execution of our YouTube and blog channels, including SEO best practices
- Spearhead Kt’s community building efforts by supporting the launch of new engagement channels and activities
- Manage relationships with freelancers who contribute to the creation of content for our YouTube, blog, and community channels
- Coordinate with cross-channel stakeholders on content planning, product launches, and brand initiatives to ensure transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness in our messaging
- Monitor and report on channel performance in order to make informed decisions and recommendations on how to improve and iterate to reach our goals
**Qualifications**:
- You have 5+ years of experience in editorial strategy and/or content planning for online publications/digital channels and familiarity with building online communities
- You are experienced in the oversight of cross-channel content planning and execution, from conception to publication, and working collaboratively across teams to bring strategy to life
- You have previous experience managing people or a team
- You have a good understanding of SEO best practices and are adept at navigating relevant tools for keyword research
- You have excellent communication and writing skills and are a skilled project manager with top-notch organizational skills
- You have experience using data from relevant content channels to inform your decisions and determine the best next steps
- You are up-to-date on the latest trends across social and digital platforms and have a pulse on the behaviors and preferences of Gen Z
- You have a knowledge and passion for menstrual well-being and equity
