Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Helper to join our team. As a Helper, you will assist in various construction and carpentry tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and develop valuable skills.

**Duties**:

- Support owner in measuring, cutting, and shaping materials, and minor construction
- Operate power tools and equipment
- Help with plumbing tasks, such as installing fixtures or repairing leaks
- Aid in drywall installation and finishing
- Assist with minor landscaping work and sprinkler repairs

Qualifications:

- Previous experience or knowledge of construction and landscaping is preferred
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
