Enterprise Sales Manager

**ETI-NET, A PartnerOne company, is a leading software development company that has been providing technical solutions to the world’s most demanding organizations for over 30 years. The Company operates across Financial, Government, Telco, Manufacturing, and Defence markets and provides mission-critical products that operate on HPE NonStop servers.**
- We’re expanding our team to expedite growth plans and are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales_
- Person or Business Developer to join our ranks. The job will be remote (e.g. home-based) so we can be highly flexible on location, although travel will be required._
**We are looking for someone who will**:
- Hand complex, large-scale accounts and high-value contracts.
- After conducting market research, build and maintain strategic partnerships and nurture relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
- Be able to identify new opportunities to expand markets and drive business growth.
- Play an active role in all phases of the account management lifecycle, including overseeing the initial setup and implementation of complex solutions and sophisticated programs.
- Proactively identify and contact prospects to develop a substantial new business pipeline, and close business.
- Establish trusted relationships with CMOs and other client executives to originate new opportunities in new logo and existing accounts and support new and existing accounts to position our capabilities.
- Understand at a deep level how each account makes buying decisions.
- Provide recommendations based on customers' business needs and usage patterns.
- Analyze customer business goals, objectives, requirements, processes, and existing infrastructure.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for your territory.
- Assist in identifying ideas for new products, services, and partners with the goal of increasing clientretention and client growth.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling to the Vertical NonStop market is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Proven ability to understand complex customer requirements and present solutions that deliver significant value.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
- Ability to travel when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
