**Required skills**
- AEC, DEC or Bachelor's degree in information technology / networking or in a discipline deemed relevant (and/or relevant experience)
- At least 7 years of experience in the same type of position
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2012-2019), Active directory, Microsoft Exchange, SQL operating systems
- Excellent knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol
- Excellent knowledge of networks (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of virtualization with VMWare tools
- Very good knowledge of the infrastructure (SAN)
- Very good knowledge of Linux/Unix (asset)
- Knowledge of telecommunications
- Technical experience related to IP telephony (asset)
- Excellent command of French, both oral and written
- Good command of English, both orally and in writing, in order to be able to communicate with certain non-French-speaking customers (asset)
- Recognized certification (ex. VCP, A+, MCNA, MCP, CCNA) (asset)
**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
