**About the role**

**We’re looking for a **Claims Assistant II** to join our growing team in the Litigation Management Department.**:
**As a **Claims Assistant II,** you will be assisting with ensuring legal invoices are accurately satisfied and assisting with the management of our billing portal.**:
***What you'll do here**:

- **Requisitioning funds to ensure accurate and timely payments in compliance with Intact’s service level expectations**:

- ** Assist our department, claims handlers and external legal firms with questions or assistance they may need in relation to legal accounts, our billing platform or any of the objectives of the Litigation Management Department**:

- ** Work in collaboration with members of the Litigation Management team, assisting with the management of our litigation billing portal**:

- ** Support the Managers and Director of the Litigation Management Department with special projects and assignments, as needed**:
