**Technicien de service**

**RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE**:
Ce poste est responsable de l'installation, de la réparation et des tests des produits Hibon dans l'usine ainsi que chez les clients et de soutenir les processus de fabrication avec un retour d'information technique ainsi que l'assemblage physique des ventilateurs, des pompes et des aspirateurs.

Ce poste nécessitera des déplacements fréquents pour les clients nationaux et internationaux.

**FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES**

Effectue l'entretien, l'installation, la réparation et les tests sur site de Hibon

produits selon les opérations de sécurité.

Définit les procédures de travail, choisit les outils et les matériaux nécessaires à l'exécution de la tâche à accomplir et se conforme à toutes les pratiques et directives de sécurité.

Prend la responsabilité de la manutention en toute sécurité de gros équipements lourds (jusqu'à 35 tonnes).

Utilise les procédures de sécurité applicables, les dessins, les diagrammes, les schémas (pneumatiques, hydrauliques et PLC), les documents de contrôle de la qualité et les politiques locales.

Effectuer tous les travaux conformément à toutes les politiques et procédures de sécurité établies sur le site du client.

Détecte les conditions dangereuses et les dangers potentiels et fournit des procédures pratiques pour éliminer la condition ou minimiser le danger.

Démontre une présence acceptable selon la politique au minimum, mais dénote une considération extrême pour l'horaire et les besoins des clients comme une fonction essentielle de ce poste.

Fournir un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle en traitant avec tact les clients et les collègues.

Préparer et soumettre des rapports écrits sur les services sur le terrain, y compris les registres de dépenses, les feuilles de données enregistrées, les listes de retour des pièces, les matériaux remplacés et tout autre élément applicable à chaque projet spécifique.

Vérifier les travaux selon les dessins et les exigences techniques applicables, en s'assurant de la conformité aux tolérances et aux normes prescrites.

Sert de ressource « experte » avec une connaissance complète de l'installation, des procédures de réparation, de l'équilibrage et du fonctionnement des ventilateurs. Former de nouveaux employés et encadrer des collègues ; partage les connaissances acquises par l'expérience.

Se déplace par voie aérienne ou terrestre (au volant d'un camion de l'entreprise) jusqu'aux sites des clients.

Adapte l'horaire de travail avec les heures supplémentaires correspondantes au besoin.

S'acquitter de toutes les autres tâches qui lui sont confiées.

**Expérience requise**:
Avoir un penchant pour la mécanique, être motivé et capable de travailler sans supervision.

Une formation supplémentaire sur l'assemblage des ventilateurs peut être exigée sur demande.

Capacité de lire et d'interpréter des dessins techniques, des diagrammes d'automates, des instructions de travail, des instructions de sécurité, de conduire des chariots élévateurs et des ponts roulants.

Avoir une expérience démontrée de la grue et du gréement, une connaissance de l'équipement de gréement et de levage ainsi que des pièces qui n'ont pas un centre de gravité facilement identifiable.

Doit avoir une connaissance des produits Microsoft Office et de bonnes compétences en informatique.

Entre deux et cinq ans d'expérience de l'intervention sur le terrain sont souhaitables.

**ÉTUDES/FORMATION REQUISES**:
Diplôme d'études secondaires, ou équivalent.

cours suivis (Mécanique, Pneumatique, PLC, Hydraulique, est un plus).

L'expérience substituée à l'éducation.
