We are currently looking for a detail-oriented **Process Control Administrator**. The Process Control team is responsible for a variety of internal verification processes, as well as the maintenance of documents related to policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update the Policy and Procedures Manuals for every department in Lendcare
- Support routine and adhoc internal and external audits by collecting required data and files in our systems
- Review and verify documents submitted by merchant partners
- Onboard, update, and terminate merchant partner profiles in our system
- Other administrative support responsibilities as required

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of administrative experience in an office setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, with Excel skills at an intermediate level (data entry, formulas, vlookups, macros)
- Must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and high-volume work environment
- Availability to work full-time, permanent in our Pickering, ON office from Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM
- Must have been in your current role for at least 6 months
- Have the endorsement/support of your current manager
- In good standing - no HR issues/warnings, not on a PIP
