**Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity**

As the HR Service Centre Specialist, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for all Moneris team members and leaders for any HR inquiries. You will be providing advisory services on general HR questions related to systems, policies, programs, and processes, while partnering with internal stakeholders to gather and provide consistent and timely responses to our business.

**Location**:You will be based in our Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC office and will work in a hybrid model.

**Reporting Relationship**: You will report to the Senior Manager, HR Services.

**Your Moneris Career - What you'll do**
- Acts as the first point of contact for employees and management with respect to HR related matters, responds effectively and efficiently in both official languages (English/French), triaging requests to other HR groups as per pre-defined parameters.
- Provides quality customer service, research, and overall quality responses
- Generate internal offer letters and employment verification letters
- Communicate and coordinate process/system changes, continuous improvement enhancements and/or smaller initiatives
- Tracks and reports on types and frequency of topics of inquiry, makes recommendations for broader communication of information and/or development of additional resources (e.g. FAQs, policies, process flows, etc.) that can be accessed by team members via a self-service model
- Develops formal documentation of responses to common queries in the form of FAQ's, job aids, or other resources, and contributes to the development of HR policies and procedures
- Prepares for and supports new HR initiatives effectively which may at times result in increased call or ticket volume

- Proficient with MS Office Applications; HRIS (Workday is preferred)
- Fluent in English and French (reading, writing, and verbal)
