Markham, Canada Pixl Solutions Pte Ltd Full time

We are on the lookout for an experienced Finance Administrator specializing in Accounts Payable (AP) to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our global finance team, collaborating closely with the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) personnel to ensure that our Accounts Payable processes and accounting records are maintained with precision and timeliness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Payable:_
- Verify, and process invoices from international vendors across various payment platforms.
- Analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Handle the verification and processing of expense reimbursements.
- Take ownership of organizing invoices and receipts on Google Drive._Accounting Administration:_
- Assist with monthly and yearly closings through the recording of journal entries and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and organize accounting-related documents in Google Drive and within our accounting system.Requirements:

- A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounts payable position.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
- Openness to exploring new software to enhance job efficiency.
- A solid understanding of Accounting Concepts/Standards (IFRS and GAAP).
- Experience managing large volumes of transactions.
- A team player with robust communication skills.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and owns the tasks assigned.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00-$7,000.00 per month
