- Act as a strategic advisor for the program development to the campus management team.
- Provide expert advice on program structure, content, and outcomes to ensure alignment with industry standards and employer needs.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local healthcare facilities, clinics, and industry stakeholders to enhance program relevance and opportunities.
- Identify and secure partnership opportunities that align with the program’s goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with partners to facilitate internships, guest lectures, and collaborative projects.
- Support the campus management team in promoting the program to potential students and partners.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partnerships and make recommendations for improvements.

**Qualifications for a Program Consultant**:

- Relevant degree or equivalent professional recognition in a healthcare-related field.
- Extensive experience in healthcare or healthcare assistant fields.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional partnerships.
- Strong strategic thinking and advisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with educational program development and industry standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of stakeholders.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
