We’re on the hunt for an energetic, thorough, and detail-oriented Data and Insights Analyst to join our Growth Team at an exciting time as we expand our businesses. As Data and Insights Analyst, you’ll work across all PTP properties, both legacy and brand new, to help build our advocacy strategies and capabilities with initiatives that have both immediate and enduring impact. You’ll work alongside journalists, producers, designers, marketers and campaign specialists in order to grow PTP and its influence in Canada and internationally.

**Your Key Accountabilities in This Role Would Be**:
Help develop and maintain The PTP Knowledge Hub as a source of data, research and analysis for PTP's Advocacy and Content initiatives:

- Design, develop and build The PTP Knowledge Hub as the central point of shared knowledge, data and insight for PTP’s users and audiences
- Design and maintain processes for capturing, storing and analyzing data from all PTP digital services and publications as well as external data and insights sources
- Optimize our tag management system (Google Tag Manager)
- Create processes for maintaining documentation
- Assist with the GA4 migration efforts and ongoing implementation

Assist in building ongoing sources of consumer and audience data, as well as industry and community insights via dashboards and reports designed for the needs of a range of stakeholders:

- Build and deliver ongoing and updated dashboards for different departments and for PTP’s Senior Leadership Team and leadership, including the design of these dashboards, determining the information that is most relevant to drive decision making, performance tracking and insight gathering
- Help design processes for sharing Data, Research and Analysis across PTP
- Develop presentations for use with internal and external stakeholders to better understand PTP’s users, audiences and LGBTQ2S+ communities

Work with the Senior Manager to answer questions about the wants and needs as well as the actions and intentions of LGBTQ2S+ communities and audiences for internal and, as required, external stakeholders:

- Ad-hoc and routine web analytics reports using Google Analytics
- Involvement with various research-related tasks including
- designing and executing surveys
- presentation of survey results in formats that are effective in helping drive actions and outcomes as a result of survey data
- External research/information gathering, including competitive research, analysis and insights
- Build automation around routine/repetitive tasks
